Do you sell Delegate Passes through third-party sites?

Accepted Answer

We urge you to be cautious of scammers and spammers who claim to sell tickets to our events. As of now, the Food 2.0 Conference’s tickets are available only through our websites, registered web assets, and at the venue. The Food 2.0 Conference will not assume responsibility for financial losses incurred for fake individual and group passes purchased through fraudulent, third-party sales channels.

Will my Delegate Pass include hotel accommodation and travel costs?

Accepted Answer

Travel and stay costs shall be borne by the attendee separately. However, we work with our host venues to secure a few rooms at discounted rates for early birds. Do get in touch with our team to check their availability.

How do I know that my registration has been confirmed?

Once your registration for the Food 2.0 Conference is reviewed and confirmed by our team, you will get an email notification detailing your registration information within 24 to 48 working hours.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my registration?

Accepted Answer

All tickets to the Food 2.0 Conference are non-refundable. However, we reserve the right to review requests on a case-by-case basis, and issue/deny refunds accordingly.

Our food and beverage conference’s exhibition space will be open to attendees on all three days of the conference, which means that companies that choose to showcase their products and services with us will be at an advantage.
